Northwest of Ratchet (https://classic.wowhead.com/?npc=3257), there is a dead looking tree near the mountains. Stand near the tree and use the carcass, and Ishamuhale will appear.
Can you tame Ishamuhale?
Ishamuhale , Speartooth , is a level 19 named red raptor in the Barrens. He is summoned exclusively from a Horde quest, using a zhevra carcass to draw him out. Some hunters tame him as a pet, but there are plenty of other raptors that exist with the same skin.

Location 52,11 in the far north of the Barrens. The valves are in the same location as the control panel, they’re just on the outside of varius parts of the machine. Outside of the area with the control panel, there will be three valves to turn off. One is on the east side of the machine.

Isha Awak can found as far south as Northwatch Hold or he could be right near Mahren Skyseer. He’s a level 24 mob and there are aggressive mobs in the sea as well.
