CourierPost and Pace were already NZ Post brands. We are now unifying these parts of our brand under NZ Post so our customers have one place for all their delivery needs.

Can you put courier bags in post box?
Depending on the parcel service you’ve chosen, you can lodge your parcel at any of the following locations: NZ Post retail outlets. NZ Post street posting boxes or in-store drop boxes (if parcel fits through the opening)*
How big a parcel can I post in a postbox?
44cm x 35cm x 16cm
The maximum Parcel size allowed into our new Postboxes is 44cm x 35cm x 16cm. Any Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed items, Royal Mail International Tracked items, and any Royal Mail Tracked Returns without a barcode on the label must be posted in a Post Office branch and cannot be dropped off at a Parcel Postbox.
What is the new NZ Post logo?
New Zealand Post has a new logo and brand, which it says reflects “transformational change” within the company. From today, the state-owned enterprise will begin replacing its red and white envelope logo from today with a new navy blue, red and white logo.
How do I complain about a parcel not being delivered?
You should contact the seller to ask for a redelivery or a refund – you can phone, email or write a letter. You can choose not to have future deliveries left with a neighbour by completing a form on the Royal Mail website.
Is NZ Post still working?

How do you send a courier post?
Step 1: Buy an envelope from the post office and inserting the letter inside the envelope, paste it and write ‘speed post’ at the top. Step 2: Mention the receiver’s name, postal address and phone number on the left side of the envelope.
