There is only one place in the whole game where you can buy berries in Pokemon BDSP. You can find the seller at the Berry Master’s House, which is located on Route 208 to the west of Hearthome City (indicated by the marker on the map above).

It’s important to note that if you use more than one of the same berry, you’ll create a Foul Poffin, so use different kinds of berries.
How do I get Blissey BDSP?
Just give the Pokemon a Soothing Bell and take it out to massages in Veilstone City and walk around with it (more info on that in our How to Walk with Your Pokemon guide), and you’ll hit the max level in next to no time. When you get to that point, the next time your Chansey levels up, it will evolve into Blissey.
