How much MC1 to use?
It has been designed to provide better, stronger and increased protection. The recommendation for dosing is one bottle per 100 litre system or up to 10 radiators.
Which central heating inhibitor is the best?

There are several leading brands that offer high quality inhibitors such as Sentinel X100, MagnaClean MC1 and Fernox F1. Fernox F1 has been around the longest, but Sentinel is also hugely popular. Your heating engineer may have a preference, but they will all get the job done.

The MagnaCleanse system flush is the process of clearing your system of those harsh, unwanted materials. It thoroughly cleans your entire system – providing consistent protection to your pipes and boiler. The added benefit of a MagnaCleanse filter helps to collect sludgy residue away from your system for easy disposal.
Can you put too much inhibitor in central heating?
The simple answer is no. You can never add too much inhibitor to your central heating system and dosing it up cannot cause any damage. Adding more inhibitor is only a good thing for your system as it will provide even more protection.
How often should you flush your central heating system?

This depends on the material your radiators are made out of, the age and type of your boiler, and the hardness of your water. The short and generally agreed upon answer is that you should flush your radiators every 5 to 6 years.

What does MC1+ do for central heating?

How do I introduce MC1+ into the system?
To introduce MC1+ into the system we recommend using the MagnaClean® canister to dose the system. Alternatively dose via a radiator or the F&E tank. MC1+ levels should be checked regularly during annual system service, or following any system maintenance requiring full or partial drain-down.
