What is Demondrug MHW?
Demondrug is a Craftable consumable Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW). These useful items can be crafted with Items gathered in the field and brought along on hunts. Boosts your attack power by filling you with – guess what? – demonic strength.
Does Demondrug and mega Demondrug stack?
Mega Demondrug Usage Does NOT stack with Demondrug.

How long might pill last?
Might Pill can be consumed from the Item Bar while in the field to increase Raw (Physical) Attack Power by 25 for 20 seconds or until carting or Quest completion.
What items does item prolonger affect?
Item Prolonger Effect Also applies to Demon Powder, Hardshell Powder, Hot Drinks, Cool Drinks since patch 6.02. Allies receiving healing or other effects through the Wide-Range Skill will not be affected by this Skill unless they themselves have it active.
How long does a Demondrug last?
Mega Demondrug lasts the whole hunt until you cart. Seeds and powders last 3 minutes. Might Pill lasts 20 seconds so chug it when you get a big opening.
Does might seed stack with might Pill?
This buff stacks with boosts to Attack Power from Hunting Horn melodies, Canteen meals, and other consumables – with the exception of Might Seed, whose effect is replaced by the Pill variant.
Does item prolonger work with insect Glaive?
Allows long swords, dual blades, insect glaives, switch axes and charge blades to stay powered up longer.
