Why was Mendeleev puzzled by Telluriums mass?
This is because tellurium has an atomic mass of 127.6 whilst the element that comes after it, iodine, is lighter with an atomic weight of 126.9. Mendeleev concluded that the atomic mass for one of these two elements must be wrong because tellurium clearly preceded iodine in the periodic table.
Does Tritanium exist?
In its unalloyed condition, titanium is as strong as some steels, but less dense. There are two allotropic forms and five naturally occurring isotopes of this element, 46Ti through 50Ti, with 48Ti being the most abundant (73.8%)….

How many protons neutrons and electrons does tellurium 128 have?
Diagram of the nuclear composition and electron configuration of an atom of tellurium-128 (atomic number: 52), an isotope of this element. The nucleus consists of 52 protons (red) and 76 neutrons (yellow). 52 electrons (white) bind to the nucleus, successively occupying available electron shells (rings).
Is 128 Te stable?
The very-long-lived radioisotopes 128Te and 130Te are the two most common isotopes of tellurium. Of elements with at least one stable isotope, only indium and rhenium likewise have a radioisotope in greater abundance than a stable one. The half-life of 123Te is longer than 9.2 × 1016 years, and probably much longer.
What is the atomic number of an element?
The atomic number is the number of protons in the nucleus of an atom. The number of protons define the identity of an element (i.e., an element with 6 protons is a carbon atom, no matter how many neutrons may be present).
