Fasting: 9-12 hours required; except for HgbA1c. OmegaCheck – preferred but not required. It is recommended that patients do not take a fatty acid supplement within 12-24 hours of collection.

Is SpectraCell testing covered by insurance? Unfortunately, no. We are not contracted with any insurance providers at this time, including Medicare and Medicare replacement plans. However, you may request an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
