What does Oni-Baku mean?
Eikichi has been better developed in Shōnan Junai Gumi, an earlier manga and anime series, where he was well known as part of Shōnan’s Oni-Baku (Oni, meaning demon, comes from Onizuka – Baku, meaning bomb, comes from Danma, which means explosion).

Overall – 7 – This show is certainly lacking in some technical aspects, but it does make up for it with entertainment. Any big GTO fan should definitely check this out as it delivers more of the over the top action and humor that make Onizuka so great.
