What is a G-SIB score?
The G-SIB dashboard shows the scores and components for global systemically important banks since 2014. Banks above a cut-off score are identified as G-SIBs and are allocated to buckets that will be used to determine their higher loss absorbency requirement.

In November 2011, the Financial Stability Board (FSB) published a list of global systemically important financial institutions (G-SIFIs). They do not establish laws, regulations or rules for any financial institution directly. They merely act in an advisory or guidance capacity when it comes to non G-SIFIs.
