Walk towards the toilet, open the door, do what’s needed, flush, arrange uniform/armor, get out. (Assume they are taught to wash their hands too..) They are human and so is their armor. I am guessing they can take the lower part off it to go to the bathroom.
Why don t stormtroopers take off their helmets?
Basically they do shift work so when they are on duty they must keep their armour and helmets on at all times since it’s part of the uniform. The helmet also just isn’t a simple helmet because there is a heads up display (HUD) inside along with communications which helps squads coordinate more effectively.
