Judiciar. Judiciars are Primaris that are charged with keeping Space Marines in line and carry out the will of their Chapter Masters. Judiciars are Chaplains in training and have taken a vow of silence, not preaching aloud but instead using their deeds as their litany.
Are Chaplains always black?

Why is Chaplain armor black?
A Chaplain’s armour is highly stylised and archaic in appearance. Black is the colour associated with Chaplains, and most or all of their armour is painted in this colour. Symbols such as skulls and Imperial eagles commonly adorn the armour, but Chapter-specific symbols are also used.
