Can we buy Luge tickets on site?
Skyline Luge Sentosa does not condone the on-selling or purchasing of tickets through unauthorised sellers. To ensure no issues, we advise purchasing tickets through the Skyline Luge website.
Do you have to book Queenstown luge?
Yes you will need to make a reservation as at times the Skyline dinner can be booked out. The best way to do this package is to buy the Gondola, Dinner & Haka which is $110 per Adult and $54 per Child, then purchase your Luge rides when you arrive.
How many tracks does Queenstown luge have?
There are actually two different Luge tracks, the Red and the Blue. The Blue is the slower, beginner track. If it’s your first time riding the Luge in Queenstown, you’ll be required to ride the Blue Track first as a practice. You’ll learn the Luge cart this way including how to brake and steer properly.
Is there a weight limit for the luge?
There are no weight restrictions for the chairlift or Luge.
Can you do Luge without Gondola?
No. The Luge tracks will not take you down to the Gondola base. You will complete all Luge rides at the end of the Luge track which is at the Skyline complex.

What do luge athletes do?
In luge, athletes speed down an icy track on a small sled. In skeleton, they do it headfirst. (It’s a Swiss term for a small sled.) Luge is kind of like when you leapt onto your Flexible Flyer and steered down the hill with your feet, but these sleds weigh 50 pounds and can hit speeds of 90 miles per hour.
