How can I improve my Yomping?
Aim to exercise three times a week and build up the distances as you go. As the event is in early June, we recommend you start training as early as possible. It is crucial to put the miles in, training in gyms may help your muscles but it is not enough to prepare your feet and endurance muscles to Yomp for so long.
