How do you make a sewing pattern reversible?
To make a reversible garment with the layered method, cut two of each pattern piece, with one piece in each fabric. Baste or glue baste the matching pieces to one another, with wrong sides together. Sew the garment, using these two basted pieces as one, just like when you underline.
Can you line a wrap skirt?
It’s really easy to add a lining to the Nita Wrap Skirt. For the front pieces, you’ll cut the lining a little smaller than the skirt. To make the skirt lining pattern, cut (or trace) the garment pattern along the line that says “CUT HERE FOR LINING”. This removes the facing plus a little more.
