Why is my PureGym QR code not working?
If you’re still having problems try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Having issues with your QR code? Please check that you have an internet connection on your phone – the QR code is live, and changes every few minutes so you will internet for this to work.
Can you use someone else’s code at PureGym?
No, your PIN is just for you and it is against the rules to share it with anybody else. All entrances are monitored by CCTV, any unusual activity will be flagged and your membership will be cancelled.

Use your own PIN number every time you visit PureGym. As it’s personal to you, please don’t let anyone else use it or we’ll have to change it. We monitor PIN usage by CCTV 24/7 to ensure the safety of our members and misuse may result in us applying additional charges to your membership fees.

Key fob access Rather than typing in your PIN each time you enter the gym, our key fob lets you wave and workout. Simply hold your key against the blue circle beneath the keypad by the entry pod and the pod will open. It’s that easy.

How do you get into a PureGym?
Download the PureGym app or join online and select the gym you want to visit. Choose the day pass you want and fill in your details. You’ll have the option to buy 1, 3, 7 or 30 day passes. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send your unique PIN number by email and text message (always double check your details are correct).
