PCC offers three types of turkey, all from Diestel. Each is range-grown, raised for six months (longer than most commercial turkeys), and free of preservatives. The birds have less fat, less water and more meat than typical commercial turkeys.

Our hot bar is back! Take a break from cooking and still enjoy a scratch-made meal. Pick up Greek Chicken, Veggie Korma, Macaroni and Cheese, Italian Broccoli and more. We’ll have social distancing dots on the floor and hand sanitizer available to use before and after dishing up food.

Does PCC sell seafood?
We’re raising the standards for raising meat and seafood. We only carry fresh and frozen raw seafood that comes from responsible sources as defined by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program. In addition, all seafood must meet PCC’s standards for health.

How big of a turkey do I need for 8?
For turkeys smaller than 16 pounds, estimate 1 pound per serving (this accounts for bone weight). For larger birds, a bit less is fine; they have a higher meat-to-bone ratio. But if your goal is to have ample leftovers, aim for 1½ pounds per person whatever the turkey’s size. For 8 people, buy a 12-pound turkey.
