How do you interpret mCLASS?
The scores are indicated by the icon of the running child. The placement of the running child indicates where your student is, and the level of support they require. The color of their TRC level indicates their proficiency in reading comprehension (accuracy, fluency, oral comprehension and written comprehension).
Is DIBELS and mCLASS the same thing?
The University of Oregon are the creators of DIBELS® (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills) and mCLASS is the only licensed digital provider of the research-based DIBELS 8th Edition assessment.
Does amplify reading work on IPAD?
Amplify Close Reading is currently not supported on iPads. Amplify curriculum applications require the ability to project from teacher device.
Is mCLASS a DIBELS?
mCLASS is a universal screener that measures the development of reading skills of all students in grades K-5 through two main assessments: Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) and the Text Reading Comprehension (TRC) assessments.
What is Daze in mCLASS?
Daze is a group-administered measure that can be assessed online as an alternative to being conducted on paper. For online assessment, the mCLASS system needs to associate students with their Daze results for reporting on Amplify Home.
