No. As of today, it doesn’t look like it. The first two movies have been filmed in 2005 and 2007 by Eli Roth and are the most popular ones. Part 3 was released in 2011 and was produced by different people.

Hostel 3 has absolutely no reference to Eli Roth. That’s the first hint you get that this probably isn’t exactly the sequel you are hoping for. The movie sets about the same story that was featured in the previous 2 parts only this time uses actors and actresses who aren’t exactly gifted.
How do you feel about the Hostel Concept progression?
The Hostel concept progression is logical, the other two Hostels had to be taken to the next step. I don’t know where Eli Roth was, it was still very grossly entertaining. The producers had to up the ante for torture saturated watchers with made-to-order, sadistic/snuff ‘plays behind glass’.
