Overall it’s worth it to me as I have plantar fasciitis and I feel a big difference in my the way my foot feels after using the rocker. It stretches the entire lower leg and lower hamstring. I recommend it if you have tight calves, plantar fasciitis or any other lower leg muscle tightness or stiffness.
