Are element decks good?
The Element decks are high-quality and also well-suited for hard riding and tricks if you pair them with more advanced setups – e.g. Independent or Thunder trucks, high-end trick wheels such as Bones, Ricta, or OJ, and Bones Reds bearings to keep your wheels rolling longer and smoother.
How much does a element board cost?
You get exactly what’s pictured: a lightweight Element deck with decent trucks, bearings, and wheels. Can’t beat it for $80. Remember self-assembly is required. Watch a YouTube video if you’ve never done it (hardest part is sticking on the grip tape right).
What are element decks made of?

Their decks are good quality, not my favourite, but theyre good. Their clothing is generally fashionable if not a bit ‘safe’ being relatively basic designs. If you wanna support skate companies, theyre a good one for sure.
What size deck should I get?
We recommend starting with a skateboard deck width that is proportional to your shoe size. If you wear men’s size 6.5 to 9, start out with a deck width of 7.5 to 8.0 inches. If you wear shoes 9.5 or larger, we recommend getting a deck between 8.0 and 8.5 inches.
