Why did A Touch of Frost end?
ITV has ruled out a spin-off of A Touch of Frost after its star Sir David Jason said he would call it a day on the hit detective drama because he was getting too old. Jason, 68, said the drama, of which 40 episodes have been made, had to come to an end because he was “the oldest detective on British television”.
