Swimming is generally safe and dogs are allowed at all times. Roadside parking is available about ½ mile east of Amroth (Grid Ref : SN181076), from where access to the beach is down a good but steep path. Alternatively it’s possible to walk along the shore from Amroth between low and mid-tide.
