What level is a high to high in cheer?

Can you have tattoos in college cheer?
technically, yes, but some coaches may dislike it, so it’s up to you. i do cheer and some of my friends have little ones like a rose above their ankle or an infinity sign on their wrist. unless you’re planning to tattoo your entire arm, i don’t think it’s illegal. you can! but it is frowned upon!
