What is Osho Zen tarot deck?
Osho Zen Tarot deck is based on the teachings of the late Zen master Osho (December 11, 1931 – January 19, 1990), whose real name is Chandra Mohan Jain, also known as Acharya Rajneesh from the 1960s onwards, after which he called himself Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh in the 1970s and 1980s, and eventually took the name Osho in 1989.
What do you think of the Osho cards?
The cards are well illustrated and gorgeous and of pretty good quality, a little wider than ordinary I think, which is kind of nice. There is an extra card in the deck called The Master, which a rather well done depiction of Osho on it.
Would Osho have liked things to be done this way?
Funnily enough, from my understanding of Osho’s teachings he probably would have liked things this way. He seemed to prefer that people find their own way and look for truth within themselves.
