What do I do if I lost my Blizzard Authenticator?
If you’re the phone-shy type, you can submit a ticket online to get your authenticator removed. You’ll have to also send in a photocopied image of your ID, though, and that process can take a couple of days, according to the rep I spoke to. It’s just faster and easier to place a phone call.
Where do I find my battle net authenticator restore code?
In the upper right-hand corner of the app, click the three vertical dots. It will open up the menu shown in the screenshot to the right. Press “Serial & Restore”. This is where you will find the Serial Number and Authenticator Code.

f you have forgotten your Blizzard password, head to the company website, select My Account, Log In and Can’t log in? Choose I don’t know my password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a one-time security code to regain access to your account. Reset your password and you will be back in.

I just did it myself: You’ll have to remove the authenticator from your previous phone device from your Blizzard account (by first confirming a few codes from it), and then add the new one (by entering the serial number and authentication code) once you’ve installed the app on your new device.
How do I find my restore code?
You can find your restore code by clicking the “Get Restore Code” button in the settings menu: Your restore code will only be valid for 5 restores. After using your restore code 5 times, it will become invalid and you will need to generate a new Restore Code by accessing the “Get Restore Code” button.

If you can’t remember what email you used for your Battle.net account, try all emails you have created or used in the past. Alternatively, if you have saved a phone number to your account, try to log in using that phone number. If you still can’t access your account, contact us.
