The sushi chain YO! will shut down 19 restaurants and around 250 jobb across the UK will be lost as part of a company-wide restructure, according to BBC. The company said that “changes in consumer behaviour” due to the covid pandemic meant that rents at some restaurants were unsustainable. Yo!
