What is SAF Armour?
The Singapore Armoured Regiment (SAR) is a formation of the Singapore Army responsible for armoured warfare. Armour provides mobile firepower support and rapid mobility for the Army by helping to spearhead an advance past the enemies defences and seizing and holding key objectives on the battlefield.

We have new requirements under the federal Energy Policy Act to develop an underground storage tank (UST) operator training program. We revised the state’s UST rule ( Chapter 173-360A WAC) to include these. Based on their duties at an UST facility, personnel will be designated as one or more of three operator classes: A, B, and C operator.
What is a Class A Ust operator?
Class A operators assign and ensure training for class B and C operators. Class B: Operators are responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and record-keeping for UST systems. Class B operators have an in-depth understanding of all operations and maintenance of the UST system.

Is your Ust facility in compliance with operator training requirements?
This final rule requires that all UST facilities must be in compliance with operator training requirements by October 13, 2018. The department has updated Chapter 62-761, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), to conform to the federal regulations. See Rule 62-761.350, and subsection 62-761.850 (3), F.A.C.
