BCA Certifiers are accredited building certifiers and principal certifying authority. If you need building approval, that is a construction certificate (CC) or a complying development certificate (CDC), we can provide these approvals as an alternative to getting them from the local council.

To become a registered certifier in NSW you must apply to NSW Fair Trading and:
- complete the Certification Short Course offered by the University of Technology Sydney.
- demonstrate you have the qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge.
