Do porcelain coated grill grates need to be seasoned?
Since these grates have a porcelain enamel coating on them they will never need to be seasoned. The coating is baked on during the manufacturing process at extremely high temperatures resulting in a very durable and non-stick cooking surface.
What’s better Broil King or Napoleon?
They both use essentially the same construction (cast aluminum shell on a stainless steel frame) so there is really no argument for quality. It comes down to features and value which, IMHO, Napoleon wins. I’ve had Broil King in the past and now have a Weber.
