It’s legit in the sense of actually offering ordination to anyone that is valid to perform weddings, funerals etc. generally in accord with state law within the U.S. (it also offers assorted unaccredited degrees). It is an actual “denomination” as well, though with no theology, liturgy or really any expectations.
