Besides making everyone’s favorite boxed meal, Kraft Foods owns the company Yuban Coffee! Yuban Coffee has done well for itself for years before Kraft came into the picture. People were enjoying it at the beginning of the 20th century. Kraft only bought the Yuban Coffee Company in 2003.
Is Yuban real coffee?
The Yuban traditional roast is a medium blend coffee. It’s a good, all-around coffee without pronounced bitterness. This is also labeled as being “100 percent pure coffee,” so once again it is likely not ground from Arabica beans.
Is Yuban coffee still available?
Yuban Company confirmed to me that it changed the formulation to Yuban Original. The product label says 100% Arabica Premium Beans are still used. I miss the edge on the coffee that I loved about Yuban, and so there is no reason to patronize Yuban anymore.
