Can I bench on a power rack?

They are very solid and fit a 2” rack perfectly. Only minor issue I have is they are 12” long and should really be 16”. They are long enough for sure, but I feel like I’m at the end of the bar. That being said, I like that they are shorter so they fit my space and they do the job of safety under the barbell.
